Monterosso’s Mountain Red Select – Columbia Valley – 2016.

  

30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Malbec, 30% Syrah, 10% Petit Verdot. Aromas of ripe blackberries, black currant and green bramble with menthol, oregano, orange rind and dried wood. The palate is a rich mash of black fruit, baking spices, and a bit of root beer enfolded in dry soft tannins. Good acidity balances the fullness of this big blend with a finish that just won’t quit. Our most popular wine.

Requiem Cabernet Sauvignon – Columbia Valley, WA – 2017.

An awesome quality Cab of the utmost quality from six sites in three of our best AVAs: Walla Walla, Horse Heaven Hills, and Red Mountain. Excellent purity of fruit, complexity and outstanding quality that consistently overperforms. Aged 20 months in a mix of European oak.

Monterosso's Private Label Syrah – Yakima Valley – 2015

100% Syrah. Deep aromas of black currant, prune and plum, along with notes of dried herbs, potpourri and vanilla, also reflected on the palate. True to this varietal it is savory and rich with dark intense fruit leading to a persistent finish of subtle peppery spice. Lush and very well-balanced.

Two Mountain Merlot – Yakima Valley – 2017.

93% Merlot, 3% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Cabernet Franc, 1% Malbec. Aromas of rich toasted barrel, bright vibrant Bing cherry, blackberry and coffee on the nose are followed by inviting flavors of ripe red fruits, hints of toffee and vanilla, and soft integrated tannins. 20 months in French and American oak.

83% Malbec, 11% Merlot, 6% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aromas of wet stone, blueberries, white pepper, dried herb, and a sudden hint of vanilla and earth. This wine has a chewy midpalate, with loads of fruit. Impeccable with dark, rich color and round, supple tannins. Longship Cellars "INVADER" Tempranillo – Walla Walla Valley – 2018

100% Tempranillo. 18 months in 10% new American, 50% new French, 40% neutral oak. Robust aromas of black fruit, savory jam, cherry pits and peppery spice with notes of vanilla, espresso and dried herbs. The flavors are concentrated and true-to-nose. This Tempranillo is rich and bold with excellent tannin structure and a long, spicy finish.

Northwest Cellars Oscuro – Columbia Valley – 2016.

  

50% Malbec, 50% Petit Sirah. Intense nose of black currant, raspberry candies, black grapes, black tea and a little plop of wet cement. The palate is dry but fruity with orange rind, cranberry relish and grape pez. Well-balanced with integrated tannins and a finish of a cocoa dusted orange chocolate truffle.

Cadaretta Windthrow Syrah – Walla Walla Valley – 2013.

  

76% Syrah, 16% Mourvedre, 8% Cinsault. A reserve-quality Rhone-varietal blend. Wonderfully elegant mouthfeel with flavors of plum, black raspberry, boysenberry, and vanilla from the oak aging. A nice long finish of black berry and tobacco leaf. Pair with Sausage stuffed Mushroooms Italiano. 91 points – Wine Advocate. 89 bottle

Gallica Suzuri Series Syrah – Santa Lucia Highlands, CA. – 2013.

This northern Rhone inspired wine has structure, minerality, unctuous fruit, and extraordinary complexity. Notes of wild plum, riverbed, some earthy peat, and cherry tobacco linger, driving long and refined tannins. 93 points – Vinous. Pair with Cajun Seafood Sauté. 89 bottle

Cooper Wine Company GateKeeper (Bud’s Blend) – Red Mountain, WA. – 2015.

40% Zinfandel, 30% Syrah, 30% Tempranillo. All Red Mountain fruit from Cooper Estate & Red Heaven Vineyards. Large fruit from the Zin, dark and chocolaty. Nice mid-palate with a balance of cooking spice and hints of Red Mountain tannins. An incredible, balanced wine. Pair with Stuffed Pork Tenderloin. 95 bottle

Badia Coltibuono Cetamura Chianti – Tuscany – 2018

90% Sangiovese, 10% Canaiolo. Cetamura is the name of an Etruscan settlement on the Badia a Coltibuonoproperty. A selection of the best Sangiovese grapes from various sub-zones of Chianti. Intense bright ruby red, cherry and blackberry nose with cinnamon and clove nuances. Full and well-balanced, soft but tasty, with good structure. Pleasant and well-balanced acidity and a long clean finish.

Zenato “Ripassa” Valpolicella Superiore – Veneto – 2016.

85% Corvina Veronese, 10% Rondinella, 5% Corvinone. This wine is closely connected to the "queen of Italian wine" - Amarone. Dried grapes make this wine richer in color, with more complex aromas and greater body. Aged for 18 months in oak barrels. An intense, elegant and persistent bouquet with hints of black cherry, plum and raisin. Full-bodied, harmonic and velvety on the palate with great structure. One of Aaron's personal favorites.

Cantina Sociale Cooperativa Copertino Riserva – Puglia – 2010.

95% Negroamaro, 5% Malvasia Nera. Old world and elegant. The nose reminds me of a visit to a rustic mountain cabin with scents of my father's old cedar cigar box and my mother’s favorite old musty leather-bound novel on the bookshelf. As I sip, the aromas morph into the same flavors accompanied by hints of dusty chocolate covered cherries and mountain mushrooms fresh from the wet forest floor. Enjoy a visit to the old world with this rare find.

Antonio Sanguineti Nessun Dorma Super Tuscan – Tuscany – 2018.

 50% Sangiovese, 30% Merlot, 20% Syrah. “NessunDorma” is the favorite aria of “ilMaestro” Antonio Sanguineti, and this wine is a favorite accessible, friendly blend. With vines carefully selected from all around Toscana, the Maestro has made a true “SuperTuscan.” The Merlot is intensely floral and elegant, while the Sangiovese is fresh and bright. Ca’ del Baio Barbaresco Asili – Piedmont, Italy. – 2015.

100% Nebbiolo. This elegant, refined wine encapsulates to perfection the precious fruit grown on Ca’ del Baio’soldest vines. Matured for 24 months, partly in oak casks and partly in small French barrels. Nose: intense, with fruity aromas of marasca cherries and hints of violets. Spicy notes of black pepper, licorice and goudron. Taste: dry, warm and soft, showing a long, rich, smooth flavor. Pair with Black and White Braised Pork Pappardelle. 79bottle 

Zonin Amarone della Valpolicella – Veneto – 2010

60% Corvina, 35% Rondinella and 5% Molinara. Amarone is a revered wine in Italy. The grapes are dried for 3 months to raisin, then fermented on the skins for 4-6 weeks. Aged in Slavonian oak barrels for 2 years and in the bottle for 6 months. A broad and nuanced bouquet with scents of wild berries. Majestic & velvety flavor with richly fruity dried grape tones. This is a big and exciting wine. 90 points – Wine Spectator.

La Fortuna Brunello di Montalcino – Montalcino, Toscana - 2014.

100% Sangiovese. 40 months in Slavonian oak barrels. A bouquet of intense graphite, rust, and morello cherry dipped in chocolate with mint, dry hay, and violet. Lavishing sensations of black truffle, violet, licorice and plum. A rich alcoholic content and freshness with wide tannin. Initially velvety and then ending long and dry with licorice and plum. Medium-bodied, with a long aromatic persistence. Pair with Chicken or Veal Parmesan. 89 bottle

 100% Nerello Mascalese. A pretty pinkcolor with delicate aromas of cherry, raspberry, blackberry, and rose petals that grow at the estate. A rich palate with refreshing acidity and a long, flavorful finish, this is what Sicilians enjoy in the summer. Perfect for tuna, salmon, poultry, pork, and flavorful pasta dishes.

Santa Marina Pinot Grigio – Provincia di Pavia, Italy – 2019.

Two Mountain Winery Sauvignon Blanc – Yakima Valley, WA – 2019.

Broadbent 10 year Tawny Porto - Duoro, Portugal

(500 ml) A traditional blend of Portugese varietals - Tinta Barroca, Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional, and others.  The final wine is a blend of multiple vintages of oak aged reserve wines, that have been aged 8 to 15 years. Good depth of color. Great fruit on the nose. The palate is rich, long and deep. Serve at room temperature or on the rocks. Can be kept open for several months.
