40% Zinfandel, 30% Syrah, 30% Tempranillo. All Red Mountain Fruit sourced from Cooper Estate & Red Heaven Vineyards. This wine is a nontraditional blend at Cooper. For three grapes that you typically don’t see together, this is an incredible balanced wine.
Pair with Stuffed Pork Tenderloin. 95 bottle
93 points – Vinous – “from one of the top sites in the Santa Lucia Highlands, deep, inky and full of varietal character. Blueberry jam, smoke, lavender and game are given an extra kick of nuance from the partial use of whole clusters. There is no shortage of personality here”.

90% Nebbiola, 10% Barbera. Clerico’s Barolos have been routinely outstanding (90 points or more), including topping Wine Spectator’s 2011 Top 100 Wines of the Year. The Nebbiolo and Barbera are fermented and aged separately and then assembled for 16-18 months in French oak barriques. Oak aged, built to last. 92 points – Robert Parker. 100% Sangiovese. 40 months in Slavonian oak barrels. Ruby red tending to light burgundy red. The bouquet reminds of intense graphite, rust, morello cherry dipped in chocolate, mint, dry hay, violet in the nose. Taste satisfies the olfactory pleasure, lavishing sensations of black truffle, violet, licorice and plum. A rich alcoholic content and as much freshness with wide tannin, initially velvety and then ending a bit dry, as fully characterized by the vine. 90 bottle
76% Syrah, 16% Mourvedre, 8% Cinsault. Windthrow is a reserve-quality Rhone-varietal blend made from the top barrels of the vintage. Aromas of plum, spice, grilled steak, charred meat, smoke and a touch of vanilla and toasty oak. Wonderfully elegant mouthfeel, there are flavors of plum, black raspberry, boysenberry, vanilla from the oak aging. A nice long finish of black berry and tobacco leaf. Pair with Sausage stuffed Mushroooms Italiano. 91 points – Wine Advocate. 90 bottle
100% Nebbiolo. Matured in wood for 24 months, partly in oak casks and partly in small French barrels. Color: bright garnet red, with slight orange tinges. Nose: intense, with fruity aromas of marasca cherries and hints of violets. Spicy notes of black pepper, licorice and goudron. Taste: dry, warm and soft, showing a long, rich, smooth flavor. Pair with Black and White Braised Pork Pappardelle. 80 bottle
100% Cab. Aged 20 months in neutral oak. With more acidity and focus on red fruit flavors than most Cabs, Game Trail is sizable and will age for decades, but has a gorgeous, perfumed elegance that is accessible now. Dark red stone fruit, rose petal, mint, floral note
and spice are beautifully delineated. Intensely aromatic and pungent, but with no green edges. Beams of mountain tannin add energy throughout. 93 points – Wine Advocate. Pair with Blue Cheese Filet Mignon. 60 bottle
50% Negroamaro, 25% Primitivo, 25% Rarely, if ever, has a winemaker so expertly worked with Negroamaro, reigning in its brute strength, and creating something elegant, lilting, and layered. Aged for 4-6 months in Slavonian oak, his Metiusco Rosso is a truly beautiful wine, with notes of cocoa powder, earthy beets, cinnamon, and herbs. This wine could be made nowhere else than the Salento, and Palama is a master in his own domain. Pair with Vincisgrassi Three Cheese Manicotti. 50 bottle
62% Roussanne, 26% Marsanne, 12% Viognier. Stainless Steel Fermentation. Shepherds Mark is Alexandria Nicole Cellars signature white wine since their inception as a classic blend of Rhone varietals. This Roussanne-based blend offers colorful, floral-accented orchard fruit scents and flavors and it has lush, expansive stone fruit character and a bracing citrus quality. Complex and balanced.
